Feature? Those bugs are caused by desync. Even if they can be reported, Zanz can't do a thing about it.

But to safely end a match when desync happens is a good idea.
To be or not to be, I can do both at once. Go learn quantum mechanics, n00b.

The thing is that these bugs are all well-known already.  I feel like it would be relatively simple to implement a new feature to put a stop to them before the battle drags on.

When the monsters start showing up as 0/0 untargetable masses and I end up having more of a card in play than I had in my deck to begin with, we are no longer playing Elements.  We are playing some sort of bizarre guessing game based on Elements.  There has to be some way for the server to recognize that impossible things are happening - at least have either side report when it sees a 0/0.  When it sees something like this, the game shouldn't just continue and ignore it.  It's frustrating, and you're punished for quitting.

So short of actually fixing the sync problem, I'd say there are two reasonable options.  First, just end the match in a draw.  It sucks, but it's better than playing through that insanity.  Second, split the match into two and have each player continue separately vs. an AI.

At least a quarter of the PVPs I did today included something ridiculous happening.  Yeah, I checked, there's nothing wrong with my net connection.  This game is a lot of fun, but it really needs to behave itself.

As long as everyone wins (or doesn't lose) I'm happy. Not, that was serious, I wouldn't want to get an automatic game over for desync, I've won whie someone else has desynced from me before.

You could just not play random PvP where score and coins are wagered. If you want to play against a person, then just find somebody in chat and PvP Duel with them. I know, it's annoying, but it is what it is and it's not going to be changed soon. Zanzarino is working on the game and is planning an update to be released late this year. This is a change to hope for.

I had this weird desync where the loading screen showed the other guy playing gravity, but in game he has darkness mark and proceeds to drop a bunch of devourers.. then mid game everything magically switches and he is playing gravity and has two dragons and an otyguh out, and the otyguh is burried cause it used to be a devourer.  Sadly I did not manage to win that one.

Still it's especially satisfying when somebody heals up to full health and doubles their creatures and you still manage to beat them.

Oh I still like playing random pvp, bugs and all.  It's a lot of fun when you don't know what you're going to come up against.  I was just relating a weird one I encountered.
Agree with you there, too many deck stratagies are the same. I love randomness.
