Notify about Score de/increase

As the title says.
It tells how many electrum you won/lost and how many electrums of left. The latter two are useless because the costs and electrums left can be seen in the menu (though that doesn't mean they mustn't be displayed).
However, I'd prefer to see by how much my score has changed after a match.

I too would enjoy having a score change summary value displayed with the other post-match information.  Put it in 1.4 perhaps??
