This kind of goes under the same category as the "give your Arena deck some preset lines to say" suggestion. It would be a nice feature, but also one that's very easy to abuse.Mocking the deck creator, spewing out a stream of profanities, sexual harassment, etc. -- the possibilities of it creating a negative player experience are endless. That being said, it would would be another thing for Arena Moderators to enforce. Thankfully, it won't be a whole lot of additional work (it can just be reported using the current method of screenshots + the Arena report form (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,31256.0)).
I would prefer a list of premade comment you could give to the deck you just lost to. Such as:"Very nice design!""I don't care for the unoriginality.""Had fun playing against it.""Could use more work."

Overcrowding a 'message box' shouldn't be a problem since it takes a while for most decks to get played a lot.
