1. What do sideboards have to do with the hypothetical situation for disproving the idea of a sudden surge of EM stalls upon implementation of Dynamic Income?
2. Arena income is one way to get money. Changing it to make it more dynamic than "10 10 10 10" isn't adding another way to get money.
Give an example then. If you want a good discussion, give a good example. How much can they make?

Ideally, as much as they make now. Again, dynamic income is changing one of the methods of generating income. It does not add a new method to make grinding easier. I have no clue where you're even trying to go with...whatever you're trying to say.

They make 10 per win now. A 200HP deck that wins with 50HP 5 times would win 10 10 10 10 10.
You could make 10 the mark for 100HP, so 200HP decks that win with 50HP 5 times would win 5 5 5 5 5. This would be an example of Dynamic Income being less profitable than the status quo.
You could make 20 the mark for 100HP, so 200HP decks that win with 50HP 5 times would win 10 10 10 10 10. This would be an example of Dynamic Income being the same as the status quo.
You could make 40 the mark for 100HP, so 200HP decks that win with 50HP 5 times would win 20 20 20 20 20. This would be an example of Dynamic Income being more profitable than the status quo.

These are all examples of Dynamic Income, and the profit varies (compared to the status quo) between these examples. Therefore, the implementation of the concept of "Dynamic Income" has no necessary relationship with getting money quicker.

What do you mean? The status quo is by definition the current state of affairs, getting 10 per win.
If you're asking me how I'm supposed to match them, I have no clue, I'm not a deck/arena expert.

In the very first post of the thread, I think I said that the amount for 200 HP should be double of what they get now for each league.

But do YOU think it should be 10 :electrum per a win for the standard (20 for 200hp) and then EM's be twice that? And the amount you score based on your remaining hp? Once again reaffirming this question, do YOU think the base should be 10  :electrum

No, I don't think I'm confident in my ability to give a good value.

Im going to be frank and say I think any more than 10 a game on average is too much. Its not that hard to throw together a deck basd on the oracle card that wins decently. I think thats peoples main problem with dynamic income. The arena is enough of a cash cow as it is.

Again, since 10 is the current value, you would ideally want dynamic income to generate 10 per game on average.
However, I was saying that I didn't know a good electrum-per-HP ratio to reach that average.

The sideboard is a staple in tournament play for most CCG tournaments I visit, and it makes for great mindgames. It's quite a flaw in the game if you can identify a deck type by it's mark though- moar cards needed. The sideboard option wouldn't be amiss as an option in pvp either,

The arena makes electrum gain easy? Shock horror! Making this grind fest less harsh is a bad thing?
I thought people played this game for the fun of building decks and winning. Why would making that process cheaper be a bad thing?

It's a figurative kick in the figurative face for those who literally spent hours on this game to go through the figurative and sardonically named scenic route before the figurative shortcut existed for the figurative distance between figurative Point A and figurative Point B. Literally.

Agreed. I think we can all agree that before the arena was implemented it was a huge grindfest. It did need to be fixed BUT any more than this would make it TOO easy to grind  :electrum

They've already spent the time; they already have the reward. It's an even bigger kick in the face to all the new players. Did you know that I introduced eight people to elements? Did you know that they all balked and quit at the cost of cards and upgrades? There are other games out there, and setting up a grind isn't a very good way to get people to play this one.
