decide what quanta to spend

i think we should be able to choose what quanta to spend when we play a "other" card, like the shards

by choosing wich elements from the quanta pool that has quanta on it to play those cards, we can prevent situations where those cards might use necessary quanta for other cards in the deck

No need for this, would slow down the gameplay, and hey, it's luck.

choosing the quanta would allow for some decks to perform better, overall improving gameplay

I think this is a bad idea because:
1) You've have to click each quantum pool for every 1 quantum on the card. This slows down games.
2) It makes Shards slightly stronger by allowing you to preserve certain quantum pools for combos, which is bad because some of the shards are still very imbalanced.
