Ice Bolt / Ice Lance should have a chance of freezing opponent's weapon

Voodoo Doll has introduced a new concept in the game: freezing and stalling the enemy's weapon when the doll is frozen. I was wondering why we can't use that feature on a card that already exists.

Ice Bolt | Ice Lance is, at least imo, one of the relatively underpowered cards. By giving it the chance to freeze the opponent's weapon, it could at least be buffed slightly. The probability would be the same as the probability to freeze a creature.

I agree, because the little bonus of a chance of freezing creatures is the only thing (besides 1 single quanta difference) that makes Ice Bolt remotely more useful than Fire Bolt in a certain situation (example of that certain situation being that you need the freeze more than the damage, or you don't have enough quanta saved up). When used against your enemy, Ice Bolt is always (besides 1 single quanta difference) inferior to Fire Bolt, and usually by a mile.

If freeze can freeze the opponents weapon, it will have mutlipile uses and water will have permanent control!
