limit the number of allowed timeouts in PVP

I would like to recommend that each account be limited in the number of PVP games it can participate in that result in timeouts.  It is frustrating running into farm decks in PVP2 that are nothing but 24 towers and 6 pharoahs, or running into players like TheInvincible that use the browser tab trick to not record games that are losses.

Just as an example, how about limiting the number of games in which you allow the timer to run out to 5 per day.  Once you hit 5, you can no longer play in PVP for 24 hours.

I think if your internet is so bad that you consistently cause the other player to wait for you to timeout, then yes.  The key word is consistently.  I threw out 5 as an example; make that 10.  Or 20.  If you cause timeouts 20 times in a day, your involvement in PVP is a hindrance.

And some of us don't care for farm decks.  When you only have 5-10 minutes to play at a time, playing a lame farm-deck that gives rare cares (that you already have) is boring.  Farms are a lame exploit to a great game.

The key word is consistently, but sometimes the internet just isn't in it's good days -- that paired with the shaky PVP connections the past days causes several PVP1 time outs (even for me.)
Further on, Desynchs can make it seem like your opponent timed out on your side when honestly he timed out on yours. And then what's the basis to count these time outs? Since one timed out in one screen and the other one timed out in the other screen, then how do we count that? I don't think the server could count that.
Five is a small numer. 10 is more acceptable. Although Farms are a lame exploit to a good game, they also give free rares that are free electrum. If you are annoyed by it, you could always record the names of the farms and quit when you come by them, or quit when someone times out.

The main problem I had with your post was how you said Five. Five seems like a small number and taking away the (potentially only, for those that accomplished all that they wanted in this game) fun in this game because someone has shaky internet and are a "Hindrance to PVP" seems flawed.

That some is a very small minority. Disregarding that though, its probably impossible for the server to tell on which end the DC was.

Let me shine some light to this idea from the other side:

I am one of those players, who regularly enters PVP2 with a farm -- its my alt-account that I would like to keep in Silver arena range. I don't use that account for my real PVP games, just visit the Oracle every day and play the predicted false god (for electrum or useful upped cards), which often results in a win, pushing the account to level 40 (Gold), so I need to "lose" some games to get back into 39-Silver.

So far, I thought I am doing someone a favor by using a farm for this purpose. I might as well put in a nasty deck, enter PVP, quite the game as it starts, I get my loss, but then you need to beat my nasty deck instead of an easy farm -- you might lose. Would you really prefer that solution ?

Just think about it and if you prefer, I'll make sure next time I put my nastiest decks up instead of a nice farm giving you free

Honestly, I'd prefer to test my desk against *real* decks than snooze through a game where the opponent plays nothing but pillars.
