More RPG Element - Levels, Maps, Quest https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=8892.msg104386#msg104386

I figure people who like to play Elements would tend to be player who also like RPG as well.
So hope to see more RPG elements in the game (no puns)

For one thing, maybe add a player level or progression.  (not sure what would the use of it beside visual and bragging rights... unless adding some other "tag on"(not of the main card game) games to it, such as monster fighting and such)

A Map might be interesting as a more visual way of PvEing.  I imagine it more like a board game map or "pegged" map (example, see from Puzzle Quest's map http://www.wurb.com/stack/wp-content/uploads/2008/04/pq-overland.png)  Each "peg" would represent a fight.  This also allow other type of game player, such as guild ward, castle defense, etc.

In association with Map, would like to see more Quest/Challenges.  One of such could be where you are thrown into a Dungeon (best if randomly generated), with several Pegs/Rooms of a map, and you have to find the treasure or slay the final boss.  Each room would mean fight with a random "monster"/elemental master.  Can also win treasure or special bonus (but usable only within  that quest instance) that would help you progress.  And since its a special type of match, the enemy/monster could have a special bonus and property too (like when fighting a Skeleton Knight mob, it will always generate a Skeleton and have extra death  :death each turn, and all its Skeleton gain +1AtK, etc).

This relates to my older post - http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,4854.0.html

Yes, someone, please resurrect this. The idea still lives on in my mind!
