Add an in-game "policy"

It was recently brought to my attention that the game has no warning about inappropriate usernames being kicked from the Arena or mentions that it's wiser to use the trainer than hack the game if you want to test a deck that has a bunch of shiny rares that you're missing.
While this may not be a top priority suggestion, would it a be smart idea to implement a brief "policy" somewhere on the game screen to warn users?

To be fair, coding a short menu or putting a link to a small amount of text shouldn't take too much time, either. I think the number of people it helps would be worth the small amount of time invested on adding it to the game.

The major cost of adding this suggestion would be writing the policy. I estimate the coding would take about half that time.

How about not allowing inappropriate names to be used? (eg. when a inappropriate username is used the account cannot be created)

There will be those who dodge it, intentionally or unintentionally (see Mr. fist can be a verb too).
