Auto-updating deck importer https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=38572.msg480227#msg480227

This feature would  make the deck importer use the upgraded card instead of the normal if you have it, on the contrary if you insert a upped card code that you don't have it insert the normal one. This "auto-update, auto-downgrade" function could be toggleable with a button on the deck building page.

This would be very useful for example when countering the FG predicted by the oracle; usually i take the unupped deck and then i substitute all the card that i have upgraded (for example, phase shield instead of dimensional shield)

This is based on the assumption that the updated card is always preferible than the normal, except for a few card like sundials, novas, boneyard, firefly queen, that can be excluded from the script.

On the other hand, it would be very useful for all the player that don't have all the upgrade (i think the most XD), and when testing a deck found on the forum they have to pick the card one by one. It would be sufficient add a complete unupped code to the post, and the importer will found the upgrade you have.

So you can aim to a complete upped deck using always the same code and the importer will add in the upped cards every times you gain them.

I hope this isn't a common request (I did 'nt found it in the FAQ topic, however)

No, just no, this feature is useless for nova, toadfish and some other cards.
And I think you saw that most events run on unupgraded cards.
You know, a long time ago being crazy meant something. Nowadays everybody's crazy.
