Doubling the post-game electrum award while not doing anything to spin chances/card values would actually put both gold and platinum above FG in total money over time (and IIRC it would put silver not very far away from top tier FG decks, but my numbers aren't in front of me). It would pretty much do a whole lot of nothing for unupped people though.

If this happened, I don't think I'd be the only one to spend the day in plat with 500 HP EM decks hoping for an epic screenshot of beating first place.

Anyway i didn't think about squeezing out 800-900 :electrum from the plat arena^^

Gaining money from winning matches shouldn't be the main income source?

depending on what you use and the current meta on arena, plat is faster than FGs, even without the bonus (500 HP EM are kinda slow though ...)
