Having the game just on kongregate probably gives more revenue than the added player base of armorgames would give because kongregate gives more money for exclusivity.

idk how much more kongregate give for an exclusive game, but this game probably get good donation at armorgames, and with an online card game like this, I think community grown is also an important factor.

This is entirely up to Zanz.

The Kong developers page (http://developers.kongregate.com/docs/single-player/welcome) says that Zanz would get a maximum of 50% revenue from hosting on Kong (and the main site) only.

However, if you truly want to support Elements, you would play on the main site, as 100% of the ad revenue from playing there is going to Zanz to support the future of Elements (remember, it's only a side project for him -- he has a day job to take care of).

We get a lot of suggestions pertaining to expansion, and most of them don't consider server capacity. We don't have super-awesome servers and will never have due to their heavy cost. No, that kind of money cannot be raised through donations that occur thanks to more players.
