it would be nice if there were keyboard shortcuts for choosing the cards, that way we don't have to use the mouse as much playing the game. F1 for 1st card, F2 for 2nd and so on.... and using tab to select target cards.

Actually, I really like this idea.  I play elements on a laptop, so I have no mouse and I would really appreciate more keyboard shortcuts for the game.  I do, however, think that this change is very low on the priority list, along with the separate on/off switch for sound and music.  Though I would like to see both of these things implemented, I believe that there are much more important issues at hand.

My strongest vote goes to more cards.  I'd really like to see a greater variation in techniques available to elements players, and one of the ways to expand the variation of the game would be to introduce more cards.  With the current number of cards, techniques are limited and cramped.  I know Zanz has been working very hard on implementing new cards into the game, and I applaud him greatly for what he's done so far.  More new cards will only make Elements stronger, and will keep members playing longer.

- New cards, new balance. A game with little well-balanced cards is better than a game with many cards which are bad balanced.

Sound/music button

- I don´t like the clicking sound
- Can´t put the music of FGs off
I only want to hear battle sounds. For music, I can use Elements Radio in another window/tab or CD- Player, normal radio...

PvP desync bugs
- Best way to make PvP popular

Cheaper/Free marks
- We can use the FG prediction better. Changing deck for 1 challenge would cost 100 (change mark) +100 (change mark back) +40 coins ( price for FG) .
- Playing against friends costs money, now. It´s the money for changing marks.


New cards may come, but not every new card is a good card for the game.

I would vote for:

An AI opponent with all regular cards ,good decks and no extra rules, AI3 doesn´t have cards lke RoF or Drain life, because they are newer than AI3. Is this new in 1.21 ? Didn´t play much against AI3 in the new version.

The AI keeps getting harder, the decks keep getting better, and the rewards for winning remain the same.  The oracle was nice, but more significant rewards for winning across all tiers would be nice

I'd like to rank and explain my votes, for anyone who will listen to the forum's (apparently) newest member:

• Separate ON/OFF buttons for music and sound effects -- actually, I'm not sure what this means, since the only music in the game is at the login screen. I interpreted it as meaning "Put Elements Radio in the game with a mute button, not in the chat with a pause button." I think this is a good idea on both counts. I've sometimes logged into chat and not entered a room, so I can listen to Elements Radio without being constantly interrupted by the sound of new messages; and I mute my computer rather than hitting that pause button, because when i do see someone refer to Elements Radio in chat, I want to know that it refers to what I'm hearing now, not earlier or later (because one of us has paused the radio for longer than the other).

That is incorrect. False Gods have a background music which gets a bit annoying after you've heard it the 1000th time. The problem is that you then have to disable all the sounds just to get rid of that music.

I would love to see an option to remove only music. This way you could grind False Gods with sound effects and your own music (or Elements Radio if you are cool).

Yes, the Elements radio pause button is a big problem. In case someone didn't know, if you press the pause button, and then press play later, it will continue where you left of so that you are "out of sync" with other listeners. Only way to fix this is to reload the player by refreshing the chat window.

I should change the "pause" to "stop" but I haven't looked at the code yet so I have no idea how easy/difficult it is to fix. I would imagine it's pretty easy, and if someone knows a quick solution, please let me know. I'll give you a cookie for that. I'm not joking, you will receive a cookie under your avatar image.

A temporary solution for this is to connect straight to the feed instead of using the flash player in chat. I will provide the links for that later.

I was nowhere near ready to fight False Gods. I'm not even trying to get to that level yet -- first, I want to find out which elements work best for me. When I found out about the FG music, I challenged one just to hear it, as I was planning to start over to avoid any bias from the new auto-mulligans.

Until I'm ready to shoot for the FGs, the on/off button does nothing for me -- now I want advanced game statistics instead. I may change my vote for balance as well, but I don't know yet how much the balance has been improved in Elements 1.21.
