I really dislike using and in PWE's. Just a personal taste, but it's because of how different the colours within the mark are to each other. Using Gravity as an example, it has the orange, but also has the black in the middle which contrasts too much to use art for

I too prefer the one with the gradient on the outside in the oval.

I would suggest to artsify the Gaia's Pride part though. It looks very bland and not very logo-esque. Perhaps add the flowers in the first one?

Just add those pink flowers on the letters and it would look better. Or change to a more fitting color. I just think there should be something that relates to Life.

EDIT: Also, thinking about this from a judging perspective. The gradient is a bit bright and harsh on the eyes. Perhaps tone it down (if possible of course) to more manageable colors?
