Are city locations/proximity arranged in order to account for people needing to collect common duo colors? E.g., can Earth get to Time and Gravity trainers in relatively short order? Can Air quickly reach a Fire location to pick up a few cards?

Can you append your answers to the OP so we don't have to dig through pages of non-posts?

If you can see that page, then you are all set. It could be that you cannot see Google Docs when they are embedded on the forums, which is not a problem because you don't really need to see them. I will fix the Rules topic later.
