War bidding has started!

We now have all 12 Generals (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,13178.0.html) who will start bidding on the players.

Even though the bidding has already started, you can still post your applications as long as there is time left on the clock. Both the bidding, and posting of new applications, will end at the same time.

In other news..

Team size was increased to 1+6, Vault size was increased to 420 cards, and we have a new team member role, the Strategist.

3. Strategist
Strategist is in charge of planning team overall strategy. Each round, Strategist starts a topic that talks about opponents strengths and weaknesses, for example what cards the opponents have left, what kind of decks they like to use, etc.

New rule:

Each General can only bid on a maximum of different 18 players.

You can bid on these 18 players as many times as you like, but you cannot bid on a 19th player.

The limit is always 18 players whether or not you are winning or losing (or lost) the auction.
