Purity_Riot, our friendly Forum Game Organizer, has stepped down due to a lack of time. Those of you that know him should already know that he was an active Forum Game Organizer that did a great job. However, this means we need a new Forum Game Organizer.
Here are the job responsibilities:
- Posting new Forum Games. You'll need to come up with original Forum Games as well as post Forum Game ideas that other forum members want to host. If LeafDragon45 PM's you with her idea on "Mafia 7", you'll need to post the rules and such (if provided by LeafDragon45) for Mafia 7 and let LeafDragon45 host it from there.
- Managing Forum Games. Some Forum Games are "hosted" by a forum member and they'll need you to keep the topic clean or modify the rules a little. Other Forum Games may need moderation or some verbal warnings.
- Archiving Inactive Forum Games. If a Forum Game has not been posted in for 10 days, or the topic ends up in being a bickering/flame war, then it is your job to lock it and move it to the Archive. The game host will have to PM you with their game idea again if the want to start it again.
If you think you're the one to do this, and you're a dedicated, mature and (preferably) long-time member of the community, please send me a PM with your motivation entitled " Forum Game Organizer application". These will be taken to the Council with the exact text you provided, so please do think about what you put in there.
