That's right, we're taking applications.
We're looking for dedicated, mature members of the community who've got some time to spare. If you fit this description, then by all means, you're welcome to apply. The Competition Organizers will be responsible for the following:
Coming up with new competitions. You'll be assigned a category of events within which you're expected to come up with new ideas.

Explaining the rules where needed. If people have questions, we expect you to be able to address them, preferably in a timely fashion.

Compiling a vote. Going through the topic to create a final one where the votes will be cast.

Having one competition running at all time. I cannot stress this enough, we need to bring some life back into the competitions. For this reason, we'll need you to be able to invest some time into them, and make sure there's always something to do within your assigned category.[/li][/list]If you think you're the one to do this, and you're a dedicated, mature and (preferably) long-time member of the community, please send me a PM with your motivation entitled 'Competition Organizer application'. These will be taken to the Council with the exact text you provided, so please do think about what you put in there.
The last moment applications will be accepted is Friday, October 1st, at 20:00 GMT.
