War started a little later than expected and as soon as the last PvP WC Qualifier finishes, 'sign ups' for the World Championship will begin. It'll be a thread where all those that qualified can post if they would like to participate.

yearly = annually

And yes, it will be every year.

The qualification for 2013 started in October 2012 and runs through September 2013.
