Now Hiring: Trial Overseer

As a Trial Overseer, you have the job to manage the Trials.
This includes but is not limited to starting topics, keeping them up to date as participants complete tasks, possibly innovating the rules, make rulings on PvP match disagreements or problems; also includes locking topics, checking every submission to make sure they are legal, update standings, et cetera.

You may also need to work alone, given no Trial Organizer is currently "active", although if you PM them they may still be willing to lend you a hand. Of course, if you feel like PM'ing Council (or just about anyone you want) for help in regards to any subject or doubts, do feel free.

Keep in mind that during trials, you may be very busy, and activity is pretty much a must.


Requirements:

• Jr. Member or Above
• Active and reliable forum member that will have the time needed to fulfill the required duties and let us know in the rare case that you cannot.
• Motivation and dedication to help each and everyone enjoy trials.
• Although not mandatory, previous experience in trials is extremely helpful.
• Google Docs experience might also be helpful.
• Previous PvP experience apart from Trials may also be helpful.

Nothing is unconditionally set in stone. If you wish to revolutionize Trials and have a good enough argument and method for doing so, it can be done. Just has to make enough sense to the community.

It's impossible for me to overstate how important the Trial Overseer is. Without them, we cannot begin Trials. Without Trials, we cannot begin the next War. Without War, Aether will always reign. Okay, that's not so bad. However! The forums would lose a huge drawing point and with it many users.

You could be the first big cog in this enormous machine that draws in hundreds of members in unison. Without you, there is no beginning.

No, honestly, if you had interest send me applications. It's fine even if you think that you won't do much good. Who knows, maybe you will do gud. Without Trial Organizer, there's no Trials, and without Trials there's  no War, and without war everyone that isn't in CIA will probably get bored. Don't let it happen.
