Activity isn't the same as more staffers. I ran tournaments alone for several months, and the best periods had 2 active TO's. 3 is more than needed, which isn't bad since the third can step in if a TO is pulled away from a planned host.

Has nothing to do with generalization. I began as TO and it's what I'll always know best.

Well, we had our best time back when we were four. Always several ideas to pick from, a lot of discussion, it didn't hurt if someone was away for irl issues for a bit. It depends a lot on the staffers themself.

Three are also okay, still. Just saying you shouldn't generalize staff positions, as some need more activity then others.

Hasn't higu been TO for like, longer than half of us been in this forum? Doesn't hurt to remember. My best times also came from me and Spike doing most of the work or when Higu was still working (back then we also had Torb running.) I support 2-3 is best.
