New Chat Moderators

Because of technical limitations, I had to implement a system where all forum staff members have moderator rights in the new chat room. This means that if you have a unique title under your name (and usually a unique color name), you will have moderator rights in chat.

Anyone who has not worked as a chat moderator before, please do not use these new powers until you have been briefed. All moderator actions are being logged, and if you get caught abusing these powers, your chat mod powers will be permanently removed.

Warning and Banning requires some clicking so no need to worry about accidentally doing it.

it doesnt have me as a mentor manager, it still has me as a guest. right now it wont let me log in because it says incorrect data but im trying to work it out
