New "PvP Events" section

As some of you have already seen, we have a new subforum called "PvP Events (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/board,190.0.html)".

This section is for community driven PvP events that are bigger than a weekly tournament, but smaller than events like War and Trials. Basically anyone with a great idea and organizational skills can run an event in this section.

Requirements:
- Jr. Member or above
- event brings something new
- lasts for about 1-2 weeks

Other info:
- we are going with quality instead of quantity
- no ingame rewards
- winner gets a reward icon (only one per event!) (16x16px filetype: PNG)

Demagog also has a "team PvP" event that he is setting up currently that should be moved to this section. Very cool idea, i think we should bring back "USA vs The World" for another go.
