Forum Funding - Donation Drive

Our forum is running out of funds. It costs $80 for each month, or $900 for an entire year (at a rate of $75 per month). The Forum Hosting Status can be found here.

The Council has decided to provide rewards for those who donate, including icons designed by jarozaoz.

$5 - Bronze Icon

$20 - Silver Icon and a mention in the Newsletter

$80 - Gold Icon and a mention in the Newsletter

$320 - Indium Icon , a mention in the Newsletter, and a "Generous Donor" forum title.

A 3,000 Electrum reward code is given at each interval of $10, for a maximum of 12,000 electrum at $40.

A Mark/Nymph reward code is given at each interval of $80.

Rewards are determined by the total amount donated. For example, if you donate $30 one day and $50 the next day, your total donation would be $80, meaning you would receive a Gold Icon, a mention in the Newsletter, 12,000 electrum, and a Mark/Nymph reward code.

All of the money donated (except for a small fee that goes to Paypal) will be used to pay for the forum.

The Forum Hosting Status is not up to date, unfortunately. But since there has been just one month's of donations in the last few months, I believe we have only the rest of December until we run out. Now that we have a thread up, I will ask antiaverage to update the Forum Hosting Status.

There is no set amount of remaining cost. This will be an ongoing, recurring fee to keep the site running.

I guess I was just more concerned with who is going to be responsible for that current ~$650 total. Also, the donate button on this page doesn't appear to be working correctly for me.

The donation button is my fault - I really shouldn't try to copy/paste a link from a post that I can't directly quote from. Although I could've sworn it worked earlier...anyways, the donate button works on the Forum Hosting Status.

Giving Marks and Nymphs for donating a biggy amount is a good idea. I have already +repped jaro for his art

Unfortunately, I do not own a credit card and I am not going to get one. Credit cards are much less common in Europe than in USA.
Bank information for a direct payment by giro transfer would be better (e.g. for me).

If you make a paypal account, you can transfer money from your bank account to the paypal account.

If what you need is money, why don't try convince ZANZ the developer, to listen our proposal of transforming the game into mobile app, and add a very cool graph update, we will love to invest into something like that.
