No... Person A with 1000 nominations has the same chance to make it as Person B with 1 nomination. Once the nomination timer thing is up (on the 21st, iirc), it will be set up as a vote, with everyone/thing that was nominated as options, and you pick from there.

Also, and excuse the double post, but your nominations will only be counted if you correctly put your username. Putting "." as your username will not make your picks valid, and will be ignored.
