The Elements Council is happy to present the 6th annual End of Year Forum Awards.

Sometimes, with the passing of days to months, and months to years, it's easy to forget memories, to replace them with new ones. But sometimes, in forgetting memories, we forget parts of ourselves that made those memories special in the first place. As such, I'd like to ask everyone to look back at 2016, with one last glimpse of fondness, before looking forward to 2017 with open arms.

I'd say anyone who registered in 2016, and Oct-Dec 2015

And the year before. To me that's really important because otherwise people who join late in the year have essentially no chance to be nominated

I doubt you'll get many more nominations. Might as well wait for a few days and then proceed with the voting. No real reason to delay this for far too long just hoping some people might suddenly nominate. Those who had the intention most likely did it by now.
