1.  I would like to help get the Elements Chat Radio up and working again.  If all else fails, I would likely just make the chatcast myself.

2.  Well I suppose I already did, in my last post, correcting Unit's proposal.

3.  I suppose my posts in this thread (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,12318.msg169742#msg169742) will do.

4.  I am sorry, but at the moment I do not feel as though the Council members should have the qualification of making original decks.  However, if you doubt my deck building skills anyway, you may ask killsdazombies or TheOwner, my TPVP partners in the second Team PVP event.

5.  I would love to see more decks in the deck archive.  Looking at it now, we have stuff like this (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,11028.0.html), still needing to be updated.

1.i would like to do a "noob class"in kong so we can remove some of the noob decks and help them improve their ideas in deck making.therefore helping this onine community

Design new art for existing elements cards, design an anti-rainbow deck without the use of Black Holes/EQ, make decks designed for the use of specific nymphs to be played from the hand.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to please everyone. As a rule, my spelling and grammar is good enough to be comprehensible. If people judge me because I make spelling mistakes, so be it. While I would be dissapointed I didn't get voted for something so trivial, I would accept it, as the same problem affects all the other candidates. And maybe, if all the candidates check their spelling and grammer multiple times to ensure no mistakes, then maybe they do deserve the vote.

No specefic post defines me. On some posts I can be encouraging and critical at the same time, and sometimes I have the position completely reversed and am the one asking for criticism.

A 50-60 card Earth-Time Deck, with a light mark. EQ's for denial, Graboids/Devonian Dragons for attack. Procrastination. (I want to say hope shield, despite it's obvious unoriginality) Sundials Stone Skin 6xMiracles Holy Light (upped for use after miracle) Mark of light. Rol+ Eternity. 3 Light nymphs. Possible luciferen if stalling is too slow to get white nymph out. Deja vus? (double light emitting creature)

Expand the Card Art section, and appeal more for some of the armory cards to make it into the game. There are some seriously good cards in there (among some less good) that are balanced, rely upon existing mechanics and are still original and fit with the theme of the element.

1. Most of all, I want to start the Art Class (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,12445.0.html) and see how we can improve the Card Art forum.

3. Phoenix, Mummy, Pharaoh, Gargoyle, Chimera (foil), a few unreleased cards, and a bunch of pillars; I think the art I made for Elements is on of my mostt evident accomplishments. Next to that, I'll always try to help others (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,6660.msg151969#msg151969).

4. First of all, I'd tell you that's some bad luck to get 3 white nymphs; they're not exactly the nymphs you'd want! With them, I'd consider making an unupgraded RoL/Hope variant, using the nymphs as the hard hitters.

1. I don't have any specific large project going. I'll likely just keep suggesting things, editing wikis, helping people and make decisions with the good of the community as goal. If anything pops up that I can help with, I do. One thing I'd do is get people brainstorming about Competition/Tournament special rules ideas, and get more PvP Organizers as well as take some load off Scaredgirl.

2. Haha. My spelling and grammar are pretty good, so I don't think I'll have to ponder much on that. If necessary, I suppose I could whip up some nice anecdote to impress them.

3. Helping people, definitely. All my posts are well thought out and with the goal of supporting people's ideas and aims. Many deck concepts, card ideas, wiki/game/forum improvements have sprung from discussions between me and other users.
If you want a deck that exemplifies me as a player, Friends of the Druid (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,10062.msg130483.html) is definitely it. It's an Elder-farming EM deck that's only different from jmdt's by the fact that you get more EM's and a bit less speed, thus meaning less games to play and less clicking to do per electrum. Since I don't have much time to farm, it suits me perfectly. Mind you, I made it before his speed EM deck got out, but they're both perfect for score-farming.

4. Optimally speaking, you would get the most use out of the White Nymphs in a RoL/Hope deck. Fractal Light Dragons and use White Nymph to make them bioluminescent for extremely durable producers. Or Fractal the Nymphs in a pinch.

You could also make a medium-speed Light/Life deck with Life Pendulums, Light mark, some Hopes, Leaf Dragons and the rest Life creatures. I recommend 4 Leaf Dragons and 4-ish Jade Dragons. 3 Hopes are enough. Having Light mark and Life Pendulums means you'll get the Life creatures out sooner to avoid discarding.
(wizelsnarf's doesn't work since he doesn't get any Light quanta. I suspect he meant Light pendulums.)

5. As mentioned above, Scaredgirl needs less of a workload. Since we just got another Global Moderator, that's being helped as it is. I'm very happy with the forum itself, but always open to new ideas.

im aware of a possible confusion in this whole situation. whats going on as of recently is the cpu at our house wont turn on all the way (i tried to install the ram, only to realize it doesnt fit, not the cpu is throwing a tantum). i am almost always (activity on the forum) on my g-mas cpu, and she doesnt trust technology. so she wont install anything new thinking it will start stealing her bank number and all that good stuff.

1. In that time I would definitely like to get more people involved in chat. I can say that it is thanks to Terroking that I discovered it and I had always passed by its tab. When I discovered it though, it was amazing. Tournaments, protips, new release spoilers, jokes, and much more was to be found there. It's like a group MSN chat cupcake with Elements the Game rainbow sprinkles. Sure it can get a little crazy in there with the 1 or 2 trolls that enter from time to time, but the ability for Elements players to truly Congregate is what gives this game an edge.

2. To be honest, I dislike people that use incorrect grammar and spelling, not to mention messy formats. It shows a disrespect to your post and most importantly to yourself. Read below my avatar. Whether you're posting in this thread or on your fridge, take some time to look at what you wrote and fix it before submitting it, and with the [Modify] button, there is really no room for error. Maybe a little for those 1 or 2 that slip by infrequently.

And in light of my previous comment, thank you Dragoon1140 for reducing visual pain.

3. Best defines me? Best defines Hyroen? Well I can't be defined by any simple conglomeration of traits. I'm more of a gestalt* creation. I can however say with a certain degree of certainty that I have a high level of creativity (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,12630.0.html) and can get along with pretty much everyone.

I am indeed mostly active in the Card Ideas section of the forum learning the ropes and at the same time trying to help those that want to see Elements the Game grow.

I can also say I'm a bit of a rebel, having been "Watched" for trying to defend my beliefs. I was Disappointed with the system for some time during which I actually had a Warning Level of like 40% though it's been decreasing. I didn't find it fair, but I've learned to keep quiet, I think...

If I could change one thing about the forums, me, myself it would probably include a system of Soldiers (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,11036.0.html) who work with the Masters of each element. They would be loyal to the Master and help during times of absence or of need. They of course would be considered during War, and could recommend other players, if they would not recommend themselves. The tricky part would of course be when another Master is chosen, or if they themselves want to be master. That is where the true nature of people on this forum will be revealed.

1. Guidelines. I'd like to establish or the support the idea of a rule book or a 'guideline' for each of the job positions on the forum. This way, when new people (or 'emergency' members in case people suddenly disappear for a while) get promoted to these jobs, they'll be given a format on how to do their jobs correctly and what to do in case of certain scenarios. Kind of like a 'How to be a Wiki Editor' or 'How to be a Warmaster', etc.

2. ...I'll correct spelling mistakes and grammar issues whenever pointed out. Oh, and being more concise may appease them as well. ^^;

3. Although I'm not a man of great success, I've thrown in my two cents (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,9257.msg118006#msg118006) in certain topics and provided both organization (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,12044.msg167689#msg167689) and analysis (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,7232.msg168130#msg168130) in certain sections of the forum when necessary; I'm quite proud of my ability to provide support for ideas and projects whenever possible.

Also - being the 'other' Card Curator is also pretty demanding nowadays.

4. Seeing as I don't have experience with your Nymphs, my best guess for an original deck would be to have a Light-based 'Semi'-Rainbow. You'd have your Light Nymphs out on the field (quinted), and Voodoo Dolls as a target for Fractal. You can throw in Hope for a modified Hope deck (where CC can't be used against your voodoo dolls), Pandemonium for mass CC (used against your Dolls, they'd deal lots of damage depending on what they're hit with ), Aflatoxin for poisoning the enemy and Eclipse for a nice damage boost of your dolls, and Rage Potions or other CC to disable the opponent's weapon and deal further damage.

5. Card Ideas and Art. I would immediately try to find a way to create a 'Competition' Archive/subforum for Card Ideas that aren't being submitted (like the ideas for 'Best Shield Idea' or the 'Shard Madness!' and 'Forum Name' competitions), and archive the ideas so that the Level 0 - Smithy section can be a little bit more cleared up. I'd also establish a Series-creation rule to prevent topic spam (unless in the case of Trials or certain circumstances), so single ideas aren't pushed to page 3 or 4 in an hour.

Most forum members I deal with, I never have any problems whatsoever. They follow the forum rules, and when they disagree with something, they post constructive criticism either on the forums or as a PM, and rules get changes for the better.

Then we have the other group, the "rebels". These people don't respect the forum rules, and think they are somehow above those rules. They are known for not listening to moderators and simply continue braking the rules despite numerous verbal warnings until they get a +40 warning or a 24 hour ban. Luckily this is a small group, but we have these every now and then.

I think that the core of the problem is that these people not like authorities and don't like anyone else to tell them what to do or what not to do. Bad news for them is that if they want to be a part of a community, they have to play by the rules and listen to people who are running things. That's how it goes in real life, that's how it goes on these forums.

You can try to make it sound better by saying things like "trying to defend my beliefs", but those actions are nothing more than knowingly breaking the forum rules. Don't agree with the rules? Fine, but don't expect you are entitled to make up your own rules. I don't see that as anything noble, I see it as a person who is difficult to deal with and who wastes staff members valuable time.

When we look at current candidates, there are many highly productive community members who have brought nothing but positive things ever since they first joined, so luckily I didn't have to vote for any "rebels who try to defend their beliefs".

There are too many good candidates actually. I said in chat that 6 is probably enough, but maybe for the next one we could give everyone 12 votes (like suggested by someone in chat). We'll have to see how many candidates we have next time.
