If he wouldn't care enough to check every now and then to see if his account can be or has been unbanned, that's his problem, but I highly doubt it's the case. Send him this thread on Kong and see what he does.

This is a very old news topic, which means it's not news anymore. Read the OP for the source topic, which is stickied in In-Game Troubleshooting.

I'm pretty sure this doesn't work anymore. I lost my account 8months ago and still haven't retrieved it after sending him pm's. Would be very happy for help with this!

Antz1989 went through this process a week or so ago and he's now unbanned, so it definitely does work. The only reason you'd still be banned is if zanz hasn't gotten around to your appeal or if you're banned and you're going to be banned and you'll never be unbanned.
