Ive been using the Turn to win (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,8813.0.html) since jmdt gave me the link. It also helps noobs and pros alike.

Ive made several decks from it. Ive even got one of my own decks that I made on it. On Kong jmdt will answer the questions that most of the new players have. And some of the daily players like me. If I have questions he's usually the first one I ask.

That's like saying Rastafla should get one for winning several tournaments. Winning an event or two is not enough to win a cookie. At least, it shouldn't be. Besides, these awards are for volunteer work.
