It's down for The Netherlands as well. (my ISP is KPN, former Planet)

Fortunately to hear it's not a problem on my local network.
I tried 3 computers before I realized it could be an Elements-problem as well.

I'm typing this because I set up a wifi-hotspot on my telephone, so I can internet on my laptop through my 3G-internet. Working like a charm.

Chat is down as well by the way.
That is gonna be a major problem tomorrow when War starts for me.. hopefully it will be fixed by then.

It seems random... but maybe just getting worse...
