It's working fine for me in Canada. Which ISP are you using, provincial ones or mainstream ones (Like rogers)? It may happen due to types of ISPs too.

Huh. Works for me (South Carolina,U.S.). That is weird, although when I first tried to access the site, Goggle Chrome couldn't find the site address. I just refreshed the page a few times until it found it.
