How much posts do you need for a unique avatar and is there a thread which shows the improvements you get with each rank? There seemed to be the start of one by you SG  but it only showed the boundaries and not what happened.

Found the  thread  (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,1478.0.html), which proves that. It´s a bit hard to find, and I hope, it´s still up to date.

So all you need to do to get an image from your file is upload it to the internet via an image hosting site so there isn't much difference between full member and senior member eecept from the sizes allowed.

Thanks for finding the links teffy clears up a lot but is there also extra stuff you can do for example in your posts as people in the thread announcing that "big marks are back" said that they can finnally post the images after getting 30 posts which is what qualifies you as a Jr Member.

If that is up to date shouldn't wise be allowed to use a custom picture?

No, you can get a custom avatar now. You just have to find somewhere else to host it, like imgur, tinypic, imageshack or similar.
It will be resized to 128x128 though, so a square is definitely recommended.

I was planning to make an avatar on my Darkness kitteh (he's all black and cute) put I will have to wait for like EVER before I can put it up??? Cheap =(

So do our six hero/senior members all have the same perks right now? (I would ask about legendary members too, but it looks like SG's the only one.)
