To the people who keep saying that they're afraid to send an application because they're afraid they won't get in --
If everyone thought like you, we would have no apps. Back when this was the method to hire council we'd get heaps of apps upon apps, so why is it that the newer players are afraid to step up? Don't pass a chance that you have to help the community and do what you want because you're afraid of getting no votes. That's just silly.
