Too bad you guys weren't here when I was looking for Masters, because some Master's positions had received zero applications after a week. Now when I'm looking for one "half-Master", I get a pile of applications in less than a day.

lol thats funny, Heres an idea. one MAIN Ronin. 2 helpers. 1 MAIN master 2 helpers. we do that for every element and the main people MUST have over 200 posts or something like that to reduce the rif raf to apply for master. helpers are appointed by main master.

Great idea. Similar to the apprentice idea where the master chooses their followers to pick up the slack and also to train them for the position. I like that idea. Good work.

Actually,the literal translation should be "Romaing man" IMO. Japanese and Chinese share much similarities and 浪 in Chinese should be translated to Roaming in this case
