Apply for a job: Arena Moderator

Elements Lead Developer Mr. Zanzarino asked me to find a total of 6 Arena Moderators.

Arena Moderators will be able to kick players because of Inappropriate User Name, Hacking or other reasons determined by using Common Sense.

Arena Moderators will be given a password and a link to a special page which can be used to kick cheaters and other unwanted players.

Arena Moderators will be given a forum title and access to a secret forum section.


How To Apply
1. PM Scaredgirl (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?action=pm;sa=send;u=1) and explain why you would make a great Arena Moderator
2. Wait

Members who are picked will be contacted by PM. If you don't receive a PM, that means you were not picked.

Note: Because there is potential for doing some serious damage to the Arena, a veteran status is required. If you have less than 1000 posts or started playing Elements less than a year ago, your chances of becoming a Arena Moderator are pretty slim. But if you are confident that you are the best person for the job, feel free to apply.

Aww... I only have 700+ posts. Don't mind me, I'm sure there are other people who are more active and qualified. 

Though this might not directly related to this job application, I hope I can have a bit of clarification on these:

"Kick" here means the user will be kicked out of Arena only; not banned, correct?[/li]Will the offenders be notified in some way?[/li]In regards of inappropriate user name, I assume there will be a way for the user to change this in the future?[/li]Though it stated that moderation will be done using common sense, is it possible that a general guideline be made visible to the public (preferably within the game itself)?[/li]
