Of course we can. In fact, we NEED those qualities for the Forge, right?
The Forge is the level where all the harsh criticism comes, right?
There's a fine line between giving harsh criticism and being mean. Always saying what you think without taking the other persons feelings into consideration is not a noble thing. It would be ok if this was a workplace, we were all getting paid, and results (new cards) were expected. However that is not the case.
The main goal of this forum has always been offering a pleasant user experience to everyone. That means that when a new member posts his/her ideas, we won't have a veteran player with a Card Curator title bashing those ideas, making that new player quit the forums.
The main thing I'm trying to avoid is having "Rogue Curators" running around, disregarding the rules and doing whatever they want, whenever they want. I've had similar problems in the past, which is really annoying because I have to waste my time micro-managing and baby-sitting.
I'm not looking for a yes-man but I am looking for a team player that
communicates (very important) and follows the rules like everyone else. Because this is the internet, that "following rules" part might be very difficult for some people because they think they can make the rules.
