You were paralyzed due to some kind of electric current.

You were paralyzed due some chemical substance in your body.

You were paralyzed due some kind of force field.

The reason why you couldn't move only affected your muscles, so it was not a result of an outside electric effect or force field.

You didn't have any abnormal chemical substances in your body, and the usual chemical substances wouldn't immobilize you without an outside effect.

I couldn't really reply to these in any other way. These have to do something with advanced biologics, which I'm not a master of, so I tried to reply as simply as I could.

A sticky substance, such as glue, paste, or sap, was causing me to stick to the surfaces and thus reduce my mobility.

There was a drug or a sedative that was pumped into the air, injected into me, or otherwise forced into me or my environment to give me the feeling of paralysis.

There was a drug or a hallucinogen that was pumped into the air, injected into me, or otherwise forced into me or my environment to give me the feeling of seeing the illusion of the witch levitating.

The air was filtered in such a way (lack of oxygen, excessive CO2 or nitrogen, etc.) that would give me the feeling or paralysis, sleepiness, or something that would cause me to be unable to move.

I was being electrocuted, poisoned, or otherwise affected by something that would affect my mobility and vision.

No physical objects were impeding your movement in the kitchen.
- This includes glue and other sticky stuff.

You didn't have any abnormal chemical substances in your body, and the usual chemical substances wouldn't immobilize you without an outside effect.
- This includes anything in the air that could affect your body.

The reason why you couldn't move only affected your muscles, so it was not a result of an outside electric effect or force field.

Gotta continue, just wanted to post.
And we keep driving into the night
It's a late goodbye, such a late goodbye...

Henry was not dead when I saw him; he was wearing make-up/clothing to disguise his body as a corpse when we initially saw him with a sword in his hand and a bloody/slit throat. He delivered the items through a second person, and left the area via a secret passage way after we moved away from the B-wing.

Henry was gagged in the round since night time, and drugged. During the day time, during the chaos, a person went into the room, killed him with the sword, and left Henry's corpse inside the 2nd floor room and relocked it with a master key/copy of the master key/a guest room key/some spare key of some sort.

The 'ghost' that servants Pablo and Elizabeth saw were nothing more than shadows.

The 'ghost' that servants Pablo and Elizabeth saw was a film image being projected into the area by a camera of some sort (camera projector).

The 'ghost' that servants Pablo and Elizabeth saw was a person disguised as a 'ghost' who managed to unlock the door quickly into Henry's room, and escape the area via a secret passage way, a window, or another door.

The 'ghost' that servants Pablo and Elizabeth saw was a person who managed to unlock the door quickly into Henry's room and actually impersonated Henry's dead corpse. Henry is not in this room, and has not been killed.

Henry committed suicide.

When Natalie opened the door on the second floor, the dead person you found was Henry and he was not alive, nor did he get resurrected later.

While Henry was alive inside the second floor room, noone entered the same room who could later murder him.

Henry's killer was not in the second floor room when you found his body.
So it wasn't suicide.

When Elizabeth screamed, there were no shadows or projections that could be mistaken for a ghost.

When Elizabeth screamed, only servants and maidens could sneak past them to enter the second floor room, but none of the servants or maidens had keys to open that room.
And we keep driving into the night
It's a late goodbye, such a late goodbye...

You were hit (probably in the head or spine) in such a way so that your muscles no longer worked (temporarily).

You were afftected by a high (or low) frequency sound that disabled your muscles.

You were hypnotized so that your mucles no longer worked.

You were hypnotized so that your mucles no longer worked.

If your muscles would be affected by an outside impact (such as a hit with a blunt object), you would collapse, rather than become immobile.

The reason why you couldn't move only affected your muscles, so it was not a result of an outside electric effect or force field.
- In this context, high or low frequency sounds count as an outside electric effect.

Hypnosis would not break without hearing a specific phrase, but you clearly managed to move again by the end of the story.

I was hypnotized, which prevented my muscles from working. After hearing the phrase, 'Is everything alright?', the same phrase that was uttered early at the beginning of the story when someone had managed to hypnotize me, I was able to move/awake again.

Plot twist!

While under your employment, Charles secretly practised hypnosis on you for years whenever you were asleep. With a secret initiative phrase, your brain could be ordered to immobilize your muscles until the hypnosis was broken with another phrase. The breaking phrase was "Is everything alright?", the initiative phrase was "What did you plan to do with those knives?". Lucy used these phrases to immobilize you.

After first reading the story, this is why it could seem strange that Lucy said "knives" despite that you only had one in your hand. She said it only because it was the secret phrase. It was not planned that you pick up the murder weapon and that someone will accidently break you out of your hypnosis, though. The plan was to put the murder weapon in your hand to frame you and then leave you in the fire to die. You were lucky that a firefighter accidently freed you. ;)

Instead of mind reading, I was instead brainwashed to rehearse certain statements or thoughts in my head, that when sufficiently memorized, Lucy would be able to answer those memorized thoughts.

I was actually speaking when I was thinking of certain things while hypnotized. This means that instead of mind reading, Lucy was simply speaking back to me as I made my thoughts clear.

After Henry was killed, the person who had killed him had left his body there temporarily before returning to that room and locking it on the inside via the door/via a key that was being held by Henry. The killer then climbed to the roof via a window or descended into the bottom floor via a secret passage way, a stair case, rope, ladders, a hole, or whatever exit. Alternatively, the killer hid behind an object in the room we found Henry in (we also could have hidden behind Henry).

Henry was killed by a trap of some sort by the killer; this may include explosives, poison, wire-traps, electrocution, suffocation, and/or a trap involving the sword which cut his throat.

Henry was killed via the harpoon gun from the outside.

Henry killed himself sometime during the events before we found him on a different floor (rooftop/first floor/another floor), but a person managed to drag his body into the room and lock the door from the outside with a separate key, or from the inside and left the room through another exit.

Henry was killed on the third floor/rooftop, and pushed his corpse through the ceiling or a hole into the room we found him in. The killer quickly covered the hole afterwards. The room was locked the entire time.

Both levitation and teleportation could be explained by the use of mirrors or the use of a projector.
The levitating Lucy was not a projection. What you saw was really there, at the location where you saw it (so no mirrors were involved) even if it wasn't exactly how you thought it was. (Was it really magic?)

Also, what you saw was not a dream or hallucination. But once again, it may have been different than how you interpreted it. (WAS IT REALLY MAGIC?)

I just noticed that I missed adding some relevant mindreading parts in the story that I wanted. :-X I can't change the story now, so I have not much to counter this.

Lucy knew what you were about to say, because she secretly knew you for a long time. She also followed the majority of your movements in the mansion from camera footages. That combined with some lucky guesses made the illusion that she could read your mind.

I was an idiot and didn't involve the proper parts in the story that could lead up to this conclusion. ^^"
