Alfred died of natural causes in the dark room (heart attack, stroke, etc.).

Alfred sustained new wounds from the killer between unlocking the surveillance room door for Lucy and locking himself into the dark room, which then caused his death.

Here is one of the previous red truths:

Alfred didn't die of heart attack, accident, or his wounds from the crucifixion.

If I said "Alfred didn't die a slow death." in red, would that be okay or should I type it differently?

I'm afraid I can't do that, regardless whether it's true or false. That would take away too much from the mystery too early.
I can give it as an answer to specific blue truths though.

"Didn't die a slow death" would be sufficient (to me). Also:

Alfred's murderer unlocked the dark room with a non-masterkey, then killed Alfred.

Hmm. Getting somewhere. Let's try this:

After Alfred locked himself into the dark room, he removed the knife that Lucy stabbed him with. This caused him to quickly bleed out and die.

Bleeding out during the story would result in a slow death.

Not sure if this was covered or not, so just to be safe:

Alfred unlocked the dark room door, allowing his killer inside.

And to cover other possible scenarios:

A third person unlocked the dark room door with a non-masterkey, allowing Alfred's killer inside.

What if there was already a person inside the dark room (which would make sense, if the electricity was out...) waiting for Alfred? That's not really considered a trap, but a coincidence really.

After Alfred locked himself in the dark room, the person who was temporarily hiding inside had killed Alfred. Lucy had Alfred's original master key, and upon escaping the Surveillance room where Alfred unlocked the door, had unlocked the dark room from the outside with her master key, and then locked it.

...and something crazy! :O

Tina's corpse was, instead of being carried into the dark room, used dressed into a costume and used as a prop/puppet within the kitchen. Her body, although dead, was being held up by tools/an object (wires possibly) to give you the illusion of her levitation abilities.

Alfred wouldn't unlock the door for a murderer.

After Tina died, her body didn't enter the kitchen.

After Alfred locked the 'dark room' from the inside, something caused him to interact with the lighting in that room (by touching a light bulb or whatever), which caused him to be electrocuted and die.

After Alfred locked the 'dark room' from the inside, his killer managed to electrocute him and leave him in that room.

Someone entered the dark room from a secret passage way (or via the ceiling, floor, or alternate path) and killed Alfred after he locked himself inside, then left through that passage way while turning off the lights inside.

The butler wasn't electrocuted inside the dark room.

The only secret passage that leads to the dark room and is big enough for a human to fully pass leads to a dead end.

The only ways for someone to enter the dark room are through the main door, through the glass pane where you looked through, through the wall or by teleportation.
