Maybe I'll go back to something simple. >.>

The murderer entered Simon's office normally through the doorway (either it was unlocked, or they unlocked it via the use of a masterkey or masterkey copy). Before they actually ENTERED the office however, the murderer dropped the key outside the office before entering it, thus having 'no keys' on them while entering the room - this also makes it so that no keys were 'tossed' out any openings. After closing the door and murdering Simon, they exited the office without any key on them, quickly locked the door with the key dropped outside the office, and then left the scene.

Things are getting tricky.

During the story, when a person who unlocked Simon's office from the outside entered the office for the first time after unlocking it, they took the key with themselves which they opened the door with.

And once again, just to be clear, nothing relevant happened before the story. I already gave a red truth for that.

The murderer either entered Simon's office normally or unlocked it via the use of a key (copy or masterkey). They killed Simon, and exited OUT THE WINDOW, then came back inside while everyone was still sleeping or whatnot, and locked the door on the outside.

The killer went inside normally after the assistant opened/unlocked the door for them; the assistant person then locked the door afterward. The killer then murdered Simon and left via the window. In other words, the key never entered the office to begin with.

Simon died by -SWALLOWING- the Master key. The murderer left the office through either the window or the regular office door, and someone else with a key locked the door from the outside.

It is impossible for any murderer to escape through a window from Simon's office without any clue.

That's pretty cray, indeed. But it's also incomplete. How did they enter and how was the door locked before Simon died?

The killer entered the Office through the open/shut/unlocked/locked window (via rope, ladder, or whatever and a key or prying object if it's the locked window option). After killing Simon, the killer then closed/locked the window, opened the door from the inside with or without the use of a key (either the door was unlocked or locked), then proceeded to exit out via the Office door, and lock it on the outside. They also removed any potential trace or object that could lead to suspicion of someone using the window as an opening/exit afterward.

Or let's do something silly, because I'm being pedantic.

After the murdered obtained the key, the culprit killed him, and used Simon's key to exit the office door and lock it from the outside. Note that the key was obtained BEFORE the murder still.

Before Alfred opened the office door, only Simon, a witch or somebody who didn't harm Simon could lock the office door from the inside without a key.
- In this context, any person who killed Simon before Alfred opened the door counts too.

Let's aim my attacks somewhere else for the moment.

Eric locked the door to the surveillance room and commited suicide.

The murderer entered the surveillance room, killed Eric, locked the door, and escaped through a window or another door that connected the room with the outside or another room.

The killer entered and exited through the same spot. This spot can be an opening like a door or window, but it can also be solid material.
Just remember how in the story the witch levitated through the roof both ways.

No murderers were inside the surveillance room when you saw the body inside.

The killer had either entered the room through a vent (air duct?) or through a roof panel; they had either a retractable ladder or wires on their back to descend/ascend the surveillance room. Because there are no camera in the ducts or the roof panels, there was no evidence of someone normally entering through those ways. Eric was then killed by the killer via the use of a weapon, and then the murderer exited out the same way they came in with the use of the aforementioned tools.

Also, Alfred was backstabbed by someone who was on your side (possibly Natalie), before summoning the two servants, Pablo and Elizabeth, to hunt down Henry or whoever was accompanying Alfred. Potato chips.

For a killer to exit the surveillance room without using magic, a key is required.

It might be worth mentioning that all video footage was missing or corrupted. It might have to do something with the electric blackout too. Maybe the fire hit an important generator. Maybe the fire was lit only for messing with the cameras. Who knows?

Also, Alfred was backstabbed by someone who was on your side (possibly Natalie), before summoning the two servants, Pablo and Elizabeth, to hunt down Henry or whoever was accompanying Alfred. Potato chips. [/color][/b]
