Stanley's killer used the stolen harpoon gun to be able to climb the outside wall to Stanley's room, and entered the room through the window. The killer then shot Stanley while inside the room using a gun, closed the window, and waited for a person/their partner to unlock the door.

Between Stanley dying and you finding his body, only Natalie had keys to open the guestrooms.

Natalie didn't let any killers in or out of Stanley's room before you found him.

Let me extend the story a little bit. Consider this as a very vague hint.

When Sir Donovan ran up to check Stanley's body, he noticed that his new movie script had a footprint on it.

So, remember this truth I gave earlier?

Stanley's window was too high above the ground for a comfortable shot and for anyone to open or close it manually.

I figured that the definition of "comfortable shot" might not be the same for others as it is for me.

THERE IS NO PARADOX AND THE TRUTH STILL STANDS STRONG. *cough* Kuro *cough* But for the sake of fair game, I'm going to revise it. What I meant there is that Stanley's killer must have been on a high ground if he was shot through the window. I didn't explicitly counter the blue truth with it, but I added a new layer of mystery that the blue truth didn't cover, thus making it incomplete.

Stanley's killer used the stolen harpoon gun to be able to climb the outside wall to Stanley's room, and entered the room through the window. The killer then shot Stanley while inside the room using a gun, closed the window, hid inside a ceiling panel/the bed/the floor/the closet/some other space, and then left after me and Natalie discovered Stanley.

The killer then shot Stanley while inside the room using the harpoon again, then kept the window open propped with either his body or an object, and then climbed down using Stanley's body as a post with the harpoon gun, releasing Stanley's body after landing (and thus, causing Stanley to drop). The object propping the window open was then either removed, shot off, destroyed, retrieved, or rendered useless at that point, allowing the window to self-close.

Stanley at the time was standing on a/the table NEAR the window for some reason, allowing the killer to snipe him from below on the ground, killing him, and then the window prop was thus removed.

Stanley, due to height reasons, was standing on top of a table to open the window and prop it open. At that time, the killer was able to see him from below ground opening the window, which upon the window's opening, allowed the killer to snipe him from the outside, killing him, and then the window was closed shut.

Stanley's killer used the stolen harpoon gun/or his bare hands to climb a nearby tree to get to the window's height, shot Stanley when he saw him through the window, somehow removed the prop holding the window open, and escaped. The window self-closed by itself later.

At that time, the killer was able to see him from below ground opening the window, which upon the window's opening, allowed the killer to snipe him from the outside, killing him, and then the window was closed shut.

While this is not fully accurate, I have not much to counter it with. I could only nitpick at minor things. Well played.

Stanley stood on a bench in his room to open his window and leaned out. While he did that, he was shot with the stolen Remington sniper rifle from a second-floor balcony. His body then fell back down in his room because of gravity and the window closed itself.

Now that Mystery 3 is solved, I can tell you without regret what my inspiration was for that mystery. In Detective Conan, Episode 31, a tv producer's phone rings. On the other side of the line is his colleague, who tells the producer that he will kill himself by jumping off the building. The producer looks out the window to tell his colleague to calm down but suddenly, a gunshot was heard.

When you met the "witch" in the kitchen, you really couldn't move your muscles. It happened because of something other than shock or fear. And faintly you could also remember that the feeling was sort of... familiar. Not familiar to you, but familiar to Sir Donovan.

No physical objects were impeding your movement in the kitchen.

The air was filtered in such a way (lack of oxygen, excessive CO₂ or nitrogen, etc.) that would give me the feeling or paralysis, sleepiness, or something that would cause me to be unable to move.

I was being electrocuted, poisoned, or otherwise affected by something that would affect my mobility and vision.

Henry was not dead when I saw him; he was wearing make-up/clothing to disguise his body as a corpse when we initially saw him with a sword in his hand and a bloody/slit throat. He delivered the items through a second person, and left the area via a secret passage way after we moved away from the B-wing.

Henry was gagged in the round since night time, and drugged. During the day time, during the chaos, a person went into the room, killed him with the sword, and left Henry's corpse inside the 2nd floor room and relocked it with a master key/copy of the master key/a guest room key/some spare key of some sort.

The 'ghost' that servants Pablo and Elizabeth saw were nothing more than shadows.

The 'ghost' that servants Pablo and Elizabeth saw was a film image being projected into the area by a camera of some sort (camera projector).

The 'ghost' that servants Pablo and Elizabeth saw was a person disguised as a 'ghost' who managed to unlock the door quickly into Henry's room, and escape the area via a secret passage way, a window, or another door.

The 'ghost' that servants Pablo and Elizabeth saw was a person who managed to unlock the door quickly into Henry's room and actually impersonated Henry's dead corpse. Henry is not in this room, and has not been killed.

Henry committed suicide.
