Can we assume that the main door is the only door, and that any other truth referring to a door to Stanley's guestroom is the same door as referred to in this truth?

Stanley or someone else visiting Stanley's room had previously opened the window. Stanley's killer threw a grendade (or other explosive device) through the window and  killed Stanley, and then Natalie closed the window.
