When Alfred locked the dark room's door from the inside, he was alone in that room.

I was looking through the red truths, for something I thought we already settled during the Simon mystery, but I can't find it.

Basically secret hiding places only accessible from one location count to be a part of that location. But since that's complicated, I'll just extend that red truth.

When Alfred locked the dark room's door from the inside, he was alone in that room.
- This applies to any secret passages that lead to the dark room.

Something silly.

Alfred's killer entered into the Dark Room by entering through the window where we looked inside, killed Alfred, and then escaped through either the window or through the door (or hid in the secret passage way).

Alfred's killer broke/removed the original window permanently/temporarily and killed Alfred, killed Alfred, then placed the original/a new window up over the frame, and then escape through the main door (or hid in the secret passage way).

Alfred's killer never entered the room where Alfred was, but was able to stab him in close range through the door or a wall such that the weapon made contact and instantly killed Alfred, while the killer was still outside the room. The door was never opened after Alfred entered the room.

Alfred's killer entered into the Dark Room by entering through the window where we looked inside, killed Alfred, and then escaped through either the window or through the door (or hid in the secret passage way).

It's not silly, actually. These are clever truths. I still can't accept them, though. Here are my reasons:

The dark room's glass panel was not opened, broken, removed or taken apart by Alfred's murderer. The panel was closed when Alfred closed himself inside.

When Alfred died, he was in a part of the dark room, where no close ranged attack could reach him through the walls.

Alfred's killer entered through a passage way from the second floor; either by creating a hole through the ceiling (which would not allow anyone from the first floor to climb up), moving in the space between the ceiling and the interior infrastructure, a ventilation shaft, or another entryway, killed Alfred, then left the room and locked it from the outside after taking Alfred's masterkey (that originally belonged to Simon).

Only a witch could enter the dark room through the ceiling.

Alfred's killer busted a hole in a wall (that is not visible from the window) from an adjacent room, killed Alfred, then hid in a secret passageway that was not visible from the window.

Alfred's killer, and everyone else in question goes under the alias "Witch," forming a band of people who try to scare people. Thus a Witch could enter the dark room through the ceiling

Not a bad idea. It's pretty clever, but it's not what I had in mind, I'm afraid.

For anyone or anything to enter through the dark room's ceiling, magic is required.

Alfred's had a boulder over his head held by a rope, so his killer was actually outside of the dark room when Alfred died.

Fair enough.

Alfred's killer was in the same room as Alfred when he died.

After Alfred unintentionally released Lucy from the Surveillance Room, Alfred's killer managed to switch the masterkey on the floor dropped by Lucy with his/her own key (or a key copy), and used the dropped-key to enter the dark room and kill Alfred, take his masterkey, and then lock the dark room from the outside.
