How do you move and/or turn the direction of your tank?

You just need to send in the action, and you'll move. I decided to have the tanks not rotate, because that would be too many sprites. The game works as if they did though.

ALSO SORRY FOR SHOUTING I'M JUST GOING BY THE STANDARD IN THE RULES

The standard in the rules isn't shouting. They are lowercase letters with proper capitalization. It's the text font what makes you believe the rules shout.
