2 more question before I fully draw my conclusions, does the master key
a) play any role in the solution?
b) unlock more than 1 door in the guesthouse?

Saying that someone is hiding inside the room is logically equivalent to saying that the person sleeping there didn't lock the window when going to sleep.

The culprit had help of at least 2 people other than the culprit who didn't commint a murder.

So the culprit and 2 helpers were hiding each in a room, the culprit killed all 3 and the helpers only opened and locked the doors from the inside.
When the windows were later smashed, they were free to escape.

if the culprit didn't have any help:

All kids left their windows open (it was a hot day after all), the culprit went inside and killed each one of them. (and left the doors closed, but windows open)
The culprit hid in the morning inside Bill's room, where he closed the windown. After hearing the little one leave, he opens the door, and leaves after the little one the guest house.
Then he enters through the window of Bob's room, closes the window and again enters the middle area. There he waits until the little one runs screamingly past the house door, then he exits the guesthouse, goes the other way around and enters Fred's Room, closes the window and leaves through the door.

a) play any role in the solution?
b) unlock more than 1 door in the guesthouse?

I'll repeat the red truth:

- No key exists that can lock or unlock a door to any of the three guestrooms.

Is that not enough for you? Perhaps you just want the logical conclusion sealed in red?

Very well, I will give it to you.

No master key exists for the guesthouse. Any key to the guesthouse is for the front door only.

In this game, only another culprit can assist or otherwise cooperate with a culprit in murder.

As I've already denied the existence of more than one culprit in red, this method doesn't follow.

It seems you have only one option left which you desperately cling to... That maybe, the culprit was hiding in the room when you checked it.

But I will confirm the story's truth in red!

When you checked and entered each guestroom, other than you and the respective cousin, no human existed within the room.

That red truth does not contradict the blue truth. To repeat Kaker's story, in a different way:

All three victims left their windows open overnight. The culprit entered and left each room through the window and murdered each of the cousins, then spent the rest of the night in Bill's room after closing and locking the window. After hearing the detective leave the guesthouse, the culprit opened Bill's door and left the room (thus the culprit isn't in the room when the detective sees it). The culprit leaves the guesthouse through the main door and remains out of sight until they hear the detective enter Bill's room through the window. The culprit enters Bob's room through the window, then closes and locks the window. When they hear the detective leave the guesthouse again, they open Bob's door, leave Bob's room and the guesthouse via the main door and remain out of sight of the detective until the detective breaks into Bob's room. The culprit enters Fred's room through the window, then closes and locks it. Upon hearing the detective leave the guesthouse, the culprit leaves Fred's room through the door, then the guesthouse through the main door.

<Good>. But have you forgotten about the doors? Your theory doesn't explain the construction of the closed room!

When you checked and entered each guestroom, the respective door to the common room was locked from the inside.

Well, let's assume the culprit isn't human, but instead something else that can wield a knife. Let's take a monkey.

Before going to sleep, all 3 now dead kids had their windows open.
The culprit monkey snuck into each room and killed the kids with a knife, then hid in Bob's room and closed the window.
When the detective broke the window, the monkey culprit went outside, entered Bert's room and closed the window.
When the detective broke that window, the monkey culprit went outsied, entered Fred's room and closed the window.
When the detective broke that window, the monkey was free to go.

A monkey?

Only a human or witch can qualify as a culprit. No other possibility for a culprit exists.

This looks fun! It'd be cool if the game master spoke in not red more often though.

Before the four go into the house, the culprit goes in and plants a window-closing robot in each of the closets, not quite closing the closet door. Bob, Bill, and Fred all leave their windows open, and go to bed without looking in the closet. The culprit sneaks in each room via its window, kills the boy/man inside, then climbs out. He/she then uses their robot remote controller to get the robots out of the closet (the door wasn't closed so they can push against it) and go to the window of the bedroom it it in (it has special tread-like feet that allow it to climb up walls) and lock it using its mechanical arms. The culprit then sends the robots back into the closet. The closet doors are left open the the fourth boy doesn't notice when he checks the room later. The culprit then presses a button on the remote control that fries the wiring in the robots. (Basically de-activating them in a way that the robots can never be re-used.)

Will we find out the motive of the killer in the solution?

There are so many red truths Annele, because the only way for the witch to shut down a blue truth is to use a red truth and nullify that blue truth. That is why there are so many red truths. I have also been noticing that people have been leaving their windows open but you smash each window to get in each time

the windows (which slide sidewards and auto lock) are opened by all three cousins. The culprit then sneaks into the room and kills the cousin inside. (S)he then sneaks out and closes the window behind them. He repeats that with both the other cousins.

Second theory: The witch did it!

Write that in blue to crush the game... 8)

Only a human or witch can qualify as a culprit. No other possibility for a culprit exists.
So cyborgs are allowed, as long as they are humans, right ;D Well, I don't need one for my theory.

Poisonous gas/bacteria was blown through the bottom gap of the front door, killing all your cousins, but since you were incredibly lucky you just happened to be imune. The poisonous gas/bacteria can't be smelled and causes the vomiting of blood until the victim dies. (The cousins can't wake up because of the poison and therefor can't scream for help)

No knife marks on the body, opposed to how the story went. The witch stabbed them :O
The poisonous gas leaves wounds on the body, and causes massive bleeding. Somehow you were not affected by this toxic gas - it's still in the air, but it's invisible and has no smell.

Is this picture accurate for the purposes of displaying the entrances/exits to each room? Doors are dark green, windows are light green, and the couch is positioned such that the doors to the guestrooms cannot be used without waking the detective. (This was constructed only from red truth and the memory of which cousin entered which room).
