well that means that someone or something must be in the rooms to lock the door and window since the killer must be able to get out. i am almost ready to state that eva has contradicted himself but not fully ready as i believe we are missing something very important... what could it be...

- In this game, only another culprit can assist or otherwise cooperate with a culprit in murder.

Not necessarily, since :

- A culprit in this game is defined as "One who has murdered one of the game's victims."

They didn't kill one of the game's victims, so they're not culprits.

They're not victims either, because :

- A "victim" in this game is defined as a human in the story who has been murdered by one of the game's culprits.

- There are exactly three victims in this game!

Since they're not either victim nor culprit, they also bypass the rule that :

- No victim died as a result of suicide. I will extend this to accidents, heart attacks, or any other way of dying without the will of a separate killer.

Thus, they can commit suicide.

Now, I don't know if there's a red truth that everyone in the room was dead, so they don't necessarily need to kill themselves. Further on, they can also enter themselves in the bathroom and lock themselves in there (through the use of the quote that "- Each bathroom door can only be locked or unlocked from inside the bathroom.")

I don't think the mysterious suicidal strangers quite count as culprits as they aren't trying to assist the murderer at all. There is a red truth stating that there are no other humans in the room when you check it so the theory requires a dead body not to be classified as human. But I'm ignoring that.

I see, I interpreted your theory as the 3 people assisting the culprit. This is forbidden by the second truth I quoted. If they are complete strangers then it doesn't break any red truths (except dead bodies being humans) but there's no logic behind a 3 separate strangers killing themselves in a house full of dead strangers. Then again what's the murderer's motive? We'll see.

If they hide or kill themselves in it and if it counts as a different room, it works.

Also, Annele and her removing windows haven't been proved wrong yet.

I thought this was covered for a moment, but this is valid.

In this game, only a victim can die. Therefore, deaths of non-victims cannot be used as a basis for a theory.

All three cousins left their windows open. The culprit goes through the window, stabs the cousin inside, shuts and locks the window, takes the glass out of the window, steps out, and replaces the glass. They do this for the other two cousins as well.
