Olivia poisoned the faucet.

Andrew poisoned the faucet.

Ivan poisoned the faucet.

The faucet was poisoned even without outside action.

Leo poisoned the faucet.

Zack himself poisoned the faucet.

A curious situation presents itself now, since these mysteries are not full in their explanation (shot-gun effect white-truthing is starting to wither me down it seems, sorry Eva for failing you my magic master).

Remember the black truth's statement regarding how the poison entered Zack? And the non-black information that went with it?
Dr. Olivia was the one who brought the substance on the train. However, she never entered any bathroom.

Zack would not cause harmful body to himself.

Leo would not poison someone he loves.

The faucet was not poisoned before the train boarded passengers.

I demand a more specific truth human!

Someone was trying to kill Richard, who was originally trying to use this bathroom, but failed when the punks showed up. Zack was just an unlucky victim.

Andrew stole a vial of substance from Olivia's medkit, then applied it to the faucet when nobody was looking.

Why Andrew? Well it couldn't have been Olivia for several reasons. Andrew was the one though who collided with one of the businessmans in the beginning, so he has a connection point. The white truth also lives if my theory is incorrect.

Witch, answer the question: Who collided with Andrew? Terry or Richard?

You should have waited with that until i extended my white truth. But nevertheless, I had another shotgun effect and rewording for this mystery to get a similar black truth. Oh well, I'm now trying to focus on Damien. 8)

There are two rooms which I have not searched, the 5th Passenger Cart and the Engine Room. Jack and Patty are hiding or trapped in one of those carts. Because of they way they were hiding, or because of where they were trapped, the police were unable to find them.

Jack never entered Cart 5, either willingly or forced.

Patty never returned to Cart 5 after checking for tickets, either willingly or forced.

You can only enter the Engine Room from either Cart 5 or from the aforemented roof panel.

None of the 5th cart's windows were opened or broken open throughout the entire story.
