The door never existed before Lucy killed Alicia and left her room. Undetectable ninja's went in with building materials, build a brand-new door before anyone else could notice, then left.

Lucy never jumped off Alicia's window. She just fell so she landed safely.

Alicia was killed once, was REVIVED by her murderer in that room, then died again later when the murderer was not in the room and everything was closed by Alicia.

It is impossible to completely destroy anything so that it no longer remains, such as through fire or acid.

Lucy entered Alicia's room normally through her door, as they were friends and Alicia let her in. However, Lucy killed Alicia in that room that night with a knife. A rope that was tied from one room's window to another room's window on the same floor - Lucy had unfastened Alicia's side of the rope, closed the window and then swung/climbed on that rope to ground. Then she entered the building normally through a non-window source.

Note that because the rope was unfastened from Alicia's room (and not the adjacent room), Howard did not notice nor see any rope inside Alicia's room (but it was hanging outside from an adjacent room).

Lucy entered Alicia's room normally through her door, as they were friends and Alicia let her in. However, Lucy killed Alicia in that room that night with a knife. A drape (curtain, blanket, or some other cloth) had been tied from one room's window to another room's window on the same floor - Lucy had unfastened Alicia's side of the drape, curtain, or cloth, closed the window and then swung/climbed on that object to ground. Then she entered the building normally through a non-window source.

Alternatively (or more specifically), the blanket/drape/extensively tied cloths were originally tied to the doorknob OUTSIDE of Alicia's room, and upon murdering her, closed the door while the cloth went under the door. She used this long cloth to climb down the window - when she entered the building normally, she pulled the cloths back from outside of Alicia's room through/under the door, so the door remained locked (but the cloths/drape/blanket was removed).

After Alicia willingly let Lucy into the room normally through her door, Lucy stabbed and killed her with a knife. Since Alicia was dead, Howard could enter the room without her consent normally. Lucy then left the room quickly without locking the door, allowing Howard to lock the room on the inside without (or with) the use of Alicia's room key, and, because HE had a grappling hook (not Lucy), he left the room outside the window.

Alternatively, while Lucy was let into Alicia's room normally since they were friends, Alicia's window was open and Howard (in disguise) had successfully climbed into the room through the window with his grappling hook while the two were pre-occupied. The door was locked from the inside by Lucy or Alicia by that point. Lucy or Howard murdered Alicia, and the person who didn't murder Alicia (in shock) left through the window's grappling hook in horror at what occurred. The murderer then left through the same escape route (grappling hook). Howard unlocked the door early that morning before I awoke to close the window and possibly remove the grappling hook.

Alicia was asleep and left the window open because it was hot (or for whatever reason). Howard snuck in with the use of his grappling hook, noting that the door was already locked, and then stabbed her to death after she tried to resist his advance. Then, Howard left the same way he entered that night after killing her, only unlocking the door early that morning to remove the Grappling hook (and close the window possibly).
