After regaining consciousness, he held this tooth to the glass and hit it hard, so that the shower glass shattered. (If you've seen Sherlock S2 E3, its like that but with a tooth instead of a diamond). Funny you should mention Sherlock. I got the idea for this off a Johnlock fanfic. (Try searching johnlock and shower, I dare you )

Woman 1/2 of the mystery:

For some reason, the woman was in the house. After the DI got out of the shower, he had come across the woman, who had a heart attack at the sight of his nakedness. He then simply left before more weird events took place.

The DI then smashed the glass with ease using this 100% pure diamond. I have a thing about searching the internet for people in showers so I think I'll pass.

Also, could you state in blue that none of the DI's other body parts could have been removed and used to break the glass? I really don't want to write a blue truth that graphic so you'd be doing me a favour here.

As you wish. There is one hole in the 'closed shower' that you have deliberately kept open, and I will strike there:
Before the events of the story, the DI placed some very small tools inside the water pipe leading to the house. When he was later trapped inside the shower, his tools came out with the running water, and the DI used it to break the door

Can we include things like dentures, glass eyes, metal plates inside the body and other prosthetic stuff on the banned list?

However the DI escaped from the shower, he cut himself and started bleeding. The woman was there for whatever reason and she fainted at the sight of blood and hit her head on something. This killed her but didn't leave a trace somehow.
