ROUND TIP: Sometimes, quantity is greater than quality, especially in regards to healing. Figuring out ways to healing multiple players after AOE damage is crucial for the RAID to survive, and abilities to boost one's action making moves (Inject Fungus Slime, Urgency, and technically Versatility on Urgency) can be key to taking down a formidable boss.
