I was actually going to betray you all and do another Refined Shield and Destabilize at the end of the round, letting me get another Chaos Tides the following round, but I missed the deadline twice. Whoops.

Luckily, I can now Chaos Tides as much as I want. Wheeeee!

Change this to Discharge [23], since the maximum is 26.
